Tornabuoni Art is happy to recommend the exhibition Alberto Biasi. Tuffo nell’arcobaleno ongoing in an exceptional location at the Museum of the Ara Pacis, from October, 13th, 2021 to February, 20th, 2022.
The curators, Giovanni Granzotto and Dmitry Ozerkov, director of the Contemporary Art department at The State Hermitage Museum, Saint Petersbourg, organised a retrospective of the artist, born in Padua in 1937 and represented by Tornabuoni Art, focusing on the period between 1959 and 2014.
This exhibition does not only summarize Biasi’s career, but also establishes a dialogue between the Italian avant-guardes of the second half of the 20th Century and classical art, represented by the Ara Pacis.
