Action | Abstraction
Alberto Burri & Lucio Fontana

8 February - 9 March 2019
London

Our London gallery is opening a survey exhibition that puts works from some of Alberto Burri’s most important series, including the Sacchi, Combustioni, Ferri and Plastiche, in conversation with a survey of works by Lucio Fontana that goes far beyond his iconic cut canvases.

Together the masterpieces on show will address topics such as abstraction and materiality, as well as the birth of the post-war Avant-Garde.
