Tornabuoni Art is delighted to announce the loan of the work “Plastica” (1963) by Alberto Burri for the exhibition “Caravaggio. Il contemporaneo” at the MART of Rovereto. The show will present the first Sicilian work by Caravaggio “Seppellimento di Santa Lucia” – currently preserved in the church of Santa Lucia alla Badia di Siracusa – together with important works by Alberto Burri aiming at creating a dialogue between Baroque and contemporary art. The exhibition will take place from the 10th October until the 9th December 2020.
