Tornabuoni Art is glad to announce the loan of the work ‘Fiori’ (1965) by Mario Ceroli for the exhibition ‘Vita Nuova. Nouveaux enjeux de l’art en Italie. 1960-1975’ held at MAMAC Musée d’Art Moderne et d’Art Contemporain in Nice.
For the first time in France since 1981, MAMAC presents a major project devoted to the Italian art scene from 1960 to 1975. Curated by Valérie Da Costa, the exhibition offers a unique look at these fifteen years of creation from 1960, which corresponds to the first exhibitions of a new generation of artists (born between the 1920s and 1940s), active in Genoa, Florence, Milan, Rome and Turin, to 1975, a year marked by the tragic death of writer, poet and director Pier Paolo Pasolini.
The exhibition will last until October 2, 2022.
